Signature of the Application: the signature of the applicant and the representative and/or presenter of the documentation, if any, should not be missing.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, you give your consent to the processing of the personal data provided through your application. These will be incorporated into the corresponding file. Your data will be used in the administrative and commercial management of your request and of our eventual relationship.

You can print and save a proof of submission. Subsequently, in the Citizen's Folder section of this site, you can consult and obtain copies of your applications and you can also provide additional documentation or any other documentation that may be required.
Applicant or interested party: shall provide all personal data, clearly indicating the contact telephone numbers, address and e-mail for notifications by mail and e-mail, respectively, unless it expressly indicates that it will be notified to its representative, in the case of completion of these data. Applications may be made by individuals or legal entities that have the capacity to act before the Public Administrations as indicated in Law 39/2015, of 2 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Presenter or Representative: it will be understood that the applicant or interested party wishes to act by means of a representative when the application contains the details of the latter, unless the interested party expressly states otherwise. Individuals with the capacity to act and legal entities, provided that this is provided for in their Statutes, may act on behalf of others before the Public Administrations. In order to make requests, make responsible statements or communications, file appeals, withdraw actions and waive rights on behalf of another person, the representation must be accredited. For acts and formalities of a mere formality, such representation shall be presumed. Proof of representation may be provided by any legally valid means that provides a reliable record of its existence, as indicated in Law 39/2015, of 2 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
