Presentation of a suggestion for the improvement of The Marina of Valencia and/or the services provided by Consorcio Valencia 2007.
The suggestions do not have the nature of administrative appeals, claims prior to the exercise of legal actions, claims for patrimonial responsibility of the Administration, or economic administrative claims, so their presence does not paralyze the deadlines established for the aforementioned appeals and claims in current legislation. Nor do they have the nature of applications submitted under Organic Law 4/2001, of 12 November, which regulates the Right of Petition.
The presentation of complaints/suggestions in no way conditions the exercise of the remaining actions or rights that, in accordance with the regulations governing each procedure, may be exercised by those who consider themselves interested in the procedure. Due to the nature of the Suggestion, there will be no recourse against its response.
The requirements for any instance, depending on the nature of the natural or legal person, in accordance with Law 39/2015 of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
