It is very important to follow the instructions given in the manual that accompanies the download of this application, to make a correct installation of Autofirma, which are different depending on the Operating System of the computer where it is installed. For example, in Windows systems, the correct installation is achieved by clicking the right mouse button on the installable and selecting the Run as administrator option.
