You will be able to print and keep proof of the presentation. Subsequently, in the Citizen Folder section of this office, you will be able to consult and obtain a copy of the instances presented and you will also be able to provide additional documentation or that which is required of you.
The requestor or interested party: they must provide all their personal data, clearly indicating the contact telephone numbers, address and e-mail address for notifications by mail and e-mail, respectively, unless they expressly indicate that their representative will be notified, in the case of completing these data. Applications may be made by natural or legal persons who have the capacity to act before the Public Administrations in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015 of 2 October on Common Administrative Procedure for the Public Administrations.
Presenter or Representative: it shall be understood that the applicant or interested party wishes to act by means of a representative when the latter's details are filled in the application unless expressly stated against the interested party. Natural persons with the capacity to act and legal persons, provided that this is provided for in their Statutes, may act on behalf of others before the Public Administrations. In order to formulate requests, presently responsible declarations or communications, lodge appeals, desist from actions and renounce rights in the name of another person, the representation must be accredited. For acts and formalities of mere processing, such representation shall be presumed. It may be accredited by any legally valid means that provides a reliable record of its existence, as indicated in Law 39/2015, of 2 October, on Common Administrative Procedure for Public Administrations.
