The Marina of València is our maritime front; the old port of the city converted into a public space of one million m2 open to innovation and nautical. Consorcio València 2007 (CV07), the managing body of La Marina de València, works to facilitate the installation of initiatives related to innovation, training, and entrepreneurship in all sectors (technological, nautical, food, services, financial, industrial 4.0 etc). Innovation, together with nautics, the improvement of the quality of public space, culture, and sport, are key instruments to fill our historic dock with life, reconnect it with the city and turn it into an engine of economic transformation for Valencia and its Maritime Villages. We offer the most valuable space in the city to those who will generate the most important transformations in the future.
From this section, it will be possible to initiate a procedure for the granting of authorization or concession for the use of a certain space of La Marina de València, in order to carry out a specific activity during a certain period of time in exchange for a price.
Proposals may be submitted by natural or legal persons with sufficient capacity who are not disqualified from contracting with the Public Administration and who can prove the solvency required in each case.
